What operating system or web browser should I use to access the share trading platform?

The platform has been tested with the following operating systems:

  • PC users
    • - Windows 10
    • - Windows 8
    • - Windows 7
  • Mac users
    • - Mac OSX

The platform has been tested with the following browsers (We recommend using the most up to date browser your system will support):

  • PC users
    • - Google Chrome (recommended for Pro platform)
    • - Mozilla Firefox
    • - Internet Explorer 9.0 or above (Internet Explorer 10 or above for the Pro platform)
  • Mac users
    • - Safari
    • - Google Chrome
    • - Mozilla Firefox

If your system doesn’t meet these minimum specifications, we can only offer limited support, and some functions on the platform may not work as expected. We recommend keeping your systems updated with any security releases and run the latest public (non-beta) versions of web browsers.
