  • I forgot my password, how can I access the platform?

    You can reset your password using the 'forgot password' link. You will need your username and an authorisation code to reset your password.  The authorisation code will be sent to your registered email and/or your mobile phone. When you have successfully entered a correct username and code you will be asked to reset your password.

    Your new password will need to fulfil the following requirements:

    - Your password must be between 8-200 characters long

    - Contain a least one letter

    - Contain at least one number

    - Must not be a common password

  • What is a Trading PIN?

    Your Trading PIN is an extra layer of security, used to submit orders and change some options on the platform. When you first log into the platform you will be asked to create a 4 digit Trading PIN and this can be changed anytime within the platform under ‘Personal Details’ within the ‘Settings’ menu.

    You must keep this PIN confidential and we recommend you do not disclose it to anyone. Our staff do not have access to your PIN and will not ask you to disclose it.

  • How can I update my details such as email address & mobile number?

    You can change details like username, email address, mobile number within the ‘Personal Details’ section under the ‘Settings’ menu.

    Please note, updating your email address via the Personal Details page will only update for platform messages and alerts, not for trade confirmations. To update your email address and/or mobile for trade confirmations you will need to do this in the “Account Information” page under the “Account” tab.
