With the transition to Leveraged, Cash Withdrawals can no longer be requested via the platform - instead these need to be done via the Leveraged online platform.

The Leveraged system only allows customer to sell holdings once a contract note for those holdings is issued. A contract note is typically issued once an order is fully filled or at end of day. This may impact customers who had previously been able to sell holdings intra day relating to partially filled orders.
