I have worked in many different areas of the business, from operations to projects, and now I'm in a role that I really, really love. I have autonomy, I work with a lot of people across the business, I get to learn all the time, and I get to be involved in building really cool things that have a direct impact on customers or internal people.

    I love working with really driven, smart, like-minded people and how we have that sort of flat hierarchy where you can approach your managers with ease, and discuss any problems without inhibitions. I also love our Culture Club, which is our social committee. I've really enjoyed attending many of their activities. Recently, we went to the surf park, and there are also team dinners, trivia quizzes and lots of other fun events.
