This includes companies involved in building products, home furnishings, home improvement retail, home furnishing retail, and household appliances. The modified equal-weighted index tracks small, mid and large-cap stocks. The fund was created in 2006 and has net assets of $2.18bn, as well as an expense ratio of 0.35%.
