The company was founded in 2000 and has headquarters in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. It uses robot-operated systems for product picking in warehouses, and these orders are then shipped to customers that shop with brands including Morrisons in the UK, Alcampo in Spain, Coles in Australia, Kroger in the US, and AEON in Japan.
