B&M is a British retail holding company that sells general merchandise such as clothing, homeware, toys, hardware and automotive tools, as well as grocery items for discounted prices. It was founded in 1978 and is incorporated in Luxembourg, although its headquarters are in Liverpool. The company reports through three segments: B&M (the UK’s leading variety goods value retailer) and Heron Foods in the UK, and Babou in France. Across these regions, B&M operates over 700 stores, Heron Foods operates close to 300, and Babou operates over 100. These are mainly found in shopping centres and retail parks.
