Frasers Group is a British retail company that trades under the Sports Direct brand name. The group owns a range of retail outlets, including House of Fraser and Sports Direct, as well as individual retail brands including Jack Wills, Evans Cycles, Game and Lillywhites. The business was founded in 1982 by entrepreneur Mike Ashley, who has since held a majority stake.
