The company primarily targets young adults – more than 60% of its customer base is aged 18-34 – and had 26.4 million active customers in 2021. ASOS sells clothing, shoes, accessories, cosmetics and household items through over 850 brands on its website. It acquired the retail chains Topshop, Topman and Miss Selfridge from the failed Arcadia Group when the company went into administration in 2020.
