Arkema is a French chemicals company that is listed on the Euronext Paris stock exchange. The company originated in 2004 after a business restructuring by oil supermajor Total, and has since expanded to operate on a global scale, with offices and production plants in approximately 55 countries worldwide. Arkema designs materials such as industrial chemicals, coating solutions and adhesives to tackle the demand for new energies and technologies, sustainable resources and increasing urbanisation.
