Step one

Understanding your needs

As a prospective client, a member of our business development team will discuss your requirements with you. Our team are well-respected industry experts with several decades of collective experience in the space.

Once we understand your business objectives we will bring together our in-house technology teams and relevant asset class experts from our pricing and dealing desks in order to craft the most suitable solution to meet your needs.

Step two

Legal agreements & due diligence

Legal & due diligence requirements will be completed including:

  • NDA
  • Compliance review of organisation
  • Legal agreements
  • Issue terms / pricing and application form

Step three

Testing & integration

Your dedicated relationship manager will be on hand to support you with any training needs and answer your queries as well as being your ongoing contact.

Dependent on partnership type:

  • We will work with your chosen technology provider or existing internal set-up to ensure a smooth integration (API)
  • Build time (White label)
  • Training

Step four

Ongoing support

Your relationship manager will be in regular contact with you to ensure our solutions continue to meet your business needs, adapting wherever necessary.
