Former hedge fund manager who retired at 36, Raoul Pal is a co-founder of Real Vision, a financial media company offering in-depth video interviews and research publications from the world’s best investors. He has run a successful global macro hedge fund, co-managed Goldman Sachs’ hedge fund sales business in Equities and Equity Derivatives in Europe, and helped design the BBC TV program Million Dollar Traders, training participants in investment and risk management strategy.

Ray Barros is a professional trader, fund manager, author and educator. Ray closed his private hedge fund in December 2010. In 1990, he started with A$20 million and by the time the fund closed, December 2010 it had grown to A$943 million. The December 2010 result was the best in his trading history, securing a 137% return.
He has been featured in Wiley’s Trading Guide II and Mario Singh’s forthcoming book “Secret Conversations with Trading Tycoons”. Ray is also an author: ‘The Nature of Trends’ and ‘The Ray Wave.' Linda Raschke began her professional trading career in 1981 making markets in options as a member of two exchanges. She became a registered CTA (Commodity Trading Advisor) in 1992. Since then, she has been the principle trader for several funds and started her own hedge fund in 2002 for which she was the CPO (Commodity Pool Operator). Linda’s hedge fund was ranked 17th out of 4500 for best 5-year performance by Barclays Hedge and her early successes were recognized by Jack Schwager in his renowned Market Wizards series. Linda retired as a CPO and CTA in 2015. However, she continues to trade daily for her own account - the same program that she has traded since 1992.

Peter Cruddas came from humble beginnings, leaving his local school in East London aged 15 to take a job as a telex operator for Western Union in the City of London. Peter went on to work his way up through the FX trading rooms at various banks, then as a Chief Dealer and Global Group Treasury Advisor, before spotting an untapped opportunity in the internet to re-invent the trading landscape.
In 1989 Peter established his own company, Currency Management Consultants, with just £10,000, one desk and a phone. Today the company is known globally as CMC Markets, and has grown to include 15 offices worldwide and over 60,000 clients. In December 2006 Peter set up his charity Peter Cruddas Foundation to help disadvantaged young people. In 2016 CMC Markets successfully floated on the London Stock Exchange and is now recognised internationally as a leader in online trading.
Mr. Schwager is a Co-founder and Chief Research Officer of FundSeeder, a firm that seeks to find undiscovered trading talent worldwide via its trader platform (FundSeeder.com), and a Co-founder of FundSeeder Investments (FundSeederinvest.com), which seeks to connect properly regulated traders with sources of investment capital. Mr. Schwager is a recognized industry expert in futures and hedge funds and the author of a number of widely acclaimed financial books. His prior experience also includes 22 years as Director of Futures research for some of Wall Street’s leading firms.
He is perhaps best known for his best-selling series of interviews with the greatest hedge fund managers of the last three decades: Market Wizards (1989), The New MarketWizards (1992), Stock Market Wizards (2001), Hedge Fund Market Wizards (2012), and The Little Book of Market Wizards (2014).
Since joining the team in 2017, Ticky Fullterton anchors Ticky, which runs on weeknights on SKY NEWS Business. Prior to this Ticky presented the ABC's national business show, The Business and Business PM on radio. In over twenty years with the broadcaster, she was both a prize winning investigative reporter with Four Corners, a political reporter in Canberra and also the presenter for the national farming program Landline.
Ticky was an associate director with investment bank Credit Suisse First Boston and spent ten years with the bank in both London and Sydney. She is a council member of the Australia British Chamber of Commerce and a friend of the Peter Cullen Trust. Previously she was a director of the CRC for Irrigation Futures. She is also the author of Watershed, Australia's first comprehensive book on the many stakeholders in the water sector. Ticky has a law degree from Oxford University and was Treasurer of the Oxford Union.
Brett N. Steenbarger, Ph.D. is Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at SUNY Upstate Medical University and the author of four books on trading psychology. Brett also works as a performance coach for traders and portfolio managers at hedge funds and other money management firms and authors the TraderFeed blog (www.traderfeed.blogspot.com).
His areas of specialization are short-term strategies for changing behavior patterns and ways of thinking and positive psychology strategies for building creativity and teamwork. Brett and his wife Margie live in New Canaan, CT and enjoy travel and their five children, six grandchildren, and three rescue cats.
Graham O’Brien started out on the trading floor over 20 years ago with CMC Markets’ Michael McCarthy, and is now the manager of Equity Derivatives Sales at the Australian Stock Exchange in Sydney. Having witnessed the transformation to digital technology, ASX education expert Graham is a specialist in options trading and the technology behind the Australian markets.
