CMC Markets is a highly competitive business in an ever-changing and fast-moving marketplace. Over the past 12 months, we have identified a few challenges that we want to work on; our speed of change and time to market.
We want our transformation to achieve shared values between tech, process, and people.
To do this we have aligned our tech and product strategy by creating cross-functional squads. These squads are made up of different people from various business units, bringing a range of skill sets together from different backgrounds and geographies. Through this new structure we introduce innovation, experimentation, trial and error, and diversity to our business.
