A tri-partite agreement means that you retain overall ownership of your clients – introducing them to the products and services of CMC Markets.

Whilst CMC Markets are counterparty to all of your client’s trades, ultimate regulated responsibility for the client rests with you.

CMC Markets will pay you an ongoing commission dependent on your client’s trading activity. The level of commission you receive is set by you for each client.

With a Tri-Partite partnership, your clients will have access to Marketmaker® and all back-office maintenance is carried out through this system.
